1. Services Provided
We offer services including but not limited to:
- Graphic Design (logos, branding, brochures, packaging, etc.)
- Digital Marketing (social media management, SEO)
- Website Design & Development
- Content Creation (copywriting, social media content, etc.)
Any additional services will require a separate agreement.
2. Quotations & Payments
- All services will be quoted in writing and must be approved before work begins.
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate a project. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
- Payments can be made via GPay and Bank transfer. (Details will be provided to the client on a personal basis).
- Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per week after the due date.
3. Revisions and Changes
- The package includes 3 free revisions.
- Any additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of Rs.150 per hour.
- Scope changes after project approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
4. Turnaround Time
- Timelines will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before the project starts.
- Delays in client response or payment may result in timeline changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all necessary content, images, logos, and project materials in a timely manner.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all deliverables before finalization.
6. Ownership & Copyright
- Upon full payment, the client will receive rights to final approved designs or content.
- Dencial Creation retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- If the project is cancelled by the client after work has started, the advance is non-refundable.
- If cancelled by Dencial Creation, a pro-rata refund will be issued for unfinished work.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Dencial Creation shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to third-party platforms (social media, Google, etc.)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of INDIA.
11. Amendments
Dencial Creation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of changes that affect ongoing projects.
